Installed quickly and took care of subsequent heavy rains.

I had gutter guards put in several years ago. Even so, I had problems with water overflow in the back of my house. They were able to remove leaves that had piled up on top of the gutter guards, which seems to have solved the problem. A word to the wise.. gutter guards are not foolproof.

We had gutter protection put on all our gutters. Prompt estimate and quote, quick to get the job done. Extremely happy, not only with the company and their representatives and also with the install. And happy there are no more gutters to clean out. Overall very satisfied.

Jeff did a great job by showing all his and other products, talking about the differences. It seems like an awesome stuff, so we agreed and the guards got installed 2 days later. The installer, Fabio, if I remember his name correctly did a great job and cleaned up after himself. So far I'm truly happy with everything, can't complain at all. Highly recommended!

We are waiting for the installer to come back and repair two leaks; one in front, one in back between the sofa board and the gutter.

I had to get someone back out to readjust gutters on 1 of our homes. Asked why we had issues with so much issue with rainfalls being so tough on our other home/yard. Called customer service and asked why this was happening. The woman said that they should have quoted me for 6â  gutters all the way around my house. I asked her to confirm this, as my back gutters already existed at 5â  . Never heard back. The sun company that came to do our readjustment on 1 of the homes was very friendly, and a very hard worker. Their prices were much better than other quotes, and still carried a warranty. Wish I would have heard back about my 5â  gutters, were they quoted, or not? Should I have them if yes, if no, why not?!

I agree with Rebecca C from CO. The same situation has happened to me. The gutters look great but have leaked. Have called numerous times but keep getting lame excuses to not come out and take care of the simple problem. Talked to Jessica in customer service. I asked what was the problem as to why no one came out when she said they would. She tried to say I got the dates wrong or I was mistaken as to what she told me who and when they would take care of the problem. She started getting rude to me. These people are not willing to help. They sub-contract their work so you do not know who is doing the job because the name of the company is not even on the trucks of the subcontractors. Makes you wonder where they come from. I definitely will not recommend Home Craft for anything.

Left all ends of the gutter without an edge. It looked nothing like salesmans sample. Called salesman and left message. Phone call never returned. Called customer service 3 x and finally connected with someone. Sent 3rd part vendor to fix the problem. When I hire someone I expect job to be done right and not create extra work for me to follow up and block off time for the 2nd visit to correct mistakes that happened on original install.

Gutters installed in June 2020 on house, garage, and barn. Gutters are dripping on the back of the house between the gutter and fascia. I have called the warranty number678-227-2506 and scheduled an appt. with Bailey on 4/28/21 which no one called or showed up for. Called the warranty number again the morning of 4/29/21 and left a message with no callback. Called again at noon and no callback. Called Denver number 720-365-6254 4/30/21 and s/w Kennedy who looked into this and said someone would call me. Received a call from a regional manager Casey 5/3/21 and appt. set for 5/5/21 between 9-11 to which no one called or ever came yet again. Called Casey 5/5/21 at 12:30 and l/m of no call no show. Received a call from Sierra stating we are 1 1/2 hours from their Denver office and this is an issue. She stated they had an installer coming to my area on 5/6/21 and the installer would call me with an eta on arrival on the morning of 5/6/21. It is now the afternoon of 5/6/21 and still no call or show of installer. Texted Sierra and she was looking into it. Called Denvers number to see if they could route me to someone that could help and the woman I s/w who did not give me her name was very rude and hateful and said she could not help me and told me to call the warranty/service number on my contract. Tried to explain I have with no callback and she stated they are busy and do have meetings. I let her know due to everything and her attitude I would be writing this review. Called Caseys regional manager and her voice mailbox is full. Sent a text to please call me. Received a text from Sierra that the installer **should** still be coming today but no eta. Not holding my breath. Homecraft is great at pushy sales, installing, and collecting the money but horrible on customer service and standing behind their gutters and warranty. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. If it is an issue that I am 1 1/2 hours away then why did they do the gutters, to begin with. Maybe they should not be doing gutters in my area. Poor excuse!

We are very happy with our new gutters. We especially appreciated them after all that rain yesterday, They did professional job in a timely manner. Would recommend.

We had to replace Gutter Topper guards because they were falling out and warping the singles. HomeCraft gutter guards are clearly superior, probably the best available. The installation was speedy and professionally executed.

We have some issues that are still pending. The gutter extends past the corner of the house. It does look right. The gutter is too long. We are in the process of resolving this at the present time.

Great team that came out to install the gutters. Was tough to get hold of the right people at times, but work and quality of product was outstanding.

Stellar customer service. Arrived on time for the appointment and did not feel rushed. very knowledgeable and answered all of my crazy questions. Not the cheapest quote I got but was by far the best customer-oriented company I dealt with and that is what really earned my business. Gutter install was a breeze. quick install and cleaned up well after themselves. Had new gutters a few days after hiring them. The quality of the work was great as well. I don't think the highest bidder could have done a better job. If you're looking for that balance between price, quality, and customer service get a quote from these guys. You get what you pay for I say, and this one is worth every penny without being overpriced. (I had 4 bids for comparison)

We were able to schedule the gutter replacement work quickly. The crew that did the work were very efficient, everyone was professional. The clean up around the house after the old gutters were pulled down was excellent.
