He was unable to place the ventilator outside of my bathroom. He told me there was not enough room in my attic for them to install it there, but he could put it on the roof. He told me that was a normal process also and he would fix it so there was no leaking when it rained even though it was on the roof. I agreed and requested he make sure it was sealed to the roof so it would not be a leak, and he agreed and when finished stated there should never be a leak.

Alem came out and fixed door rot on my front door frame. He came out the day after we made contact, expertly fixed my door and completed the job at a very fair price and with a smile on my face. Would definitely hire him again.

Previous worker botched the job to assemble 10x12 shed kit-leaving much to repair and replace. Alem is one of the most professional workers I have met. He and his crew got the job finished in about 3-4 days. I was so amazed at the finish product that I paid additional for his hard work. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Had water leaking in the top frame of a second story window from a rain storm. Alem called within 2 minutes of me putting in the Angi's list request and was at my house within the hour and able to fix the leak before the rain picked back up again. The next company that replied said it would be 1 week to get someone out for an estimate so thanks to Alem for getting it fixed before further damage happened.
