The job was not easy - they completed it in the winter time when the ground was frozen and there was even a snow day. Nevertheless, the JM Decks team was quick, attentive to detail, respectful, communicative, and kept the workspace clean and organized. They completed the job quickly (despite the snow!) and immediately hauled away the old deck parts. They checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy with the progress. Jose has a broad knowledge of construction and has helped us execute several projects ranging from kitchen remodels and flooring to roof replacement, retainer walls, and concrete work. José offers reasonable pricing, quality work and exceptional customer service and warranty. D&Y has replaced 3 asphalt shingle roofs for my company ranging from 2500 sq ft to 5000 sq ft and we have had no issues on any since installation. D&Y has completed retainer wall work, concrete catch boxes and sidewalks, and French drains at another property with no issues. D&Y remodeled 4 ADA units at one of our studio projects and brought them all up to code witch include bathroom modifications and kitchen renovations. I would recommend D&Y without reservation for any of the services they have listed on their provided services. "
