When Andrew came, he inspected it and he told me it was not that bad, where as he could have taken advantage of me and charge me more (for example is the issue was on the insulation). I went into the crawlspace with him and verified. He educated me one how they would remove it. I took "before" pictures. He also explained the liner, which will prevent future issues and bring it up to current "specs". So, I paid for that. After: The crawl space joists were perfectly clean!
