He took pictures and thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. A fair price was quoted and a return trip was scheduled. He arrived on time and the repair and cap installation were completed. Again pictures were provided. Very professional job and lifetime warranty. No complaints at all. Definitely 5 stars."
