Carl and his crews were punctual and did fine work. It was easy to communicate with him and Ralph. Any texts were answered right away.In spite of shortages caused by Covid, they finished the job in the time frame Carl had suggested.

  • Big Sky Homes Inc
The whole project went perfectly. The pandemic related supply problems were dealt with as were finding matching interior wood flooring and exterior Trex decking. The major demolition and reconstruction were well planned and quickly completed given the winter weather and to maintain the security of the premises. Scott is very easy to deal with and extremely competent

  • Pro-Built Construction
Very pleased with the work. Very professional, great communication and attention to detail was exceptional.
  • Rising Sun Construction
His not reliable. Did not complete the work. He is respectful. He did not clean the debris. He make a lot of promises. His very MESSY. Very unprofessional. He has nice personality but that wont do the job done. Its questionable if I will hire them again.

  • Rodas Construction LLC
Rodas Construction was very professional from beginning to end. They made us feel secure in knowing that we were going to have the best roof in the neighborhood. Cole Faulkner was very personable and checked in during the process to make sure all our concerns and questions were being addressed. What really impressed us was that the team from Rodas Construction was very detail oriented down to the last roof nail. We would highly recommend Rodas Construction to anyone interested in quality workmanship

I hired Big Sky Homes to build me a garage and it went incredibly well. Scott Bower is one of the most honest builders I've ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about the quality of work he provides to his customers. My new garage is amazing. The builder put in expert detail. He made himself available to me day and night in case I had any concerns. He checked in on the subcontractors as late as 9pm on some evenings. He called me regularly to give me updates on the building process. He was easy to work with, he worked to keep the costs down to stay under budget. The quality of work is outstanding. My husband couldn't believe how well the garage was built and Scott paid perfect attention to detail. If you're looking for a builder, this man is your guy. He will stand beside you and the product he provides to you

  • Your Total Home Improvement- Angier, NC
    1. The contract to construct a sunroom, office, and a deck was signed on March 14, 2021. However, the permit was not issued until May 20, 2021, due to several resubmissions. 2. Phillip said that he was a contractor, but we found out through the local government that he was not. 3. He appears to have a cash flow problem as he would never order enough material to complete various phases of the job. There was not enough sheetrock, siding, paint, tiles, or hardwood flooring for the crew to finish a day’s job. 4. He hired cheap subs whose quality of work was terrible. The sheetrock guy in particular left the walls with cracks and dents. The flooring guy did not use a moisture barrier (flooring underlayment) on the installation of the hardwood and the tiles were left ungrutted for over a week, so some tile pieces were shifted and lifted. Also, the tile was installed without a placeholder for the register. The deck was constructed using inside nails, so they have all rusted already. While Phillip never physically did any of the work himself, he did not take the time to inspect the quality of work that was done. 5. He mentioned that he had several jobs going at the same time with the youthful rookie crew and would not show up for 2 weeks at a time and worked sometimes only 2 - 4 hours when they came. Some days he said he was coming and then never showed up or came days later. I must say that the youthful crew was very professional and tried to do their best with the resources that they had. 6. He left a slab of concrete cement and piles of construction debris in the yard. He failed to come and clean it up, even after he quit the job. 7. Be aware when you sign the contract, because he doesn’t follow the terms in the contract, particularly the clause that states: "If any intended changes or any other events beyond the parties' control require adjustments to the Agreement, the parties shall make a good faith to agree on all necessary particulars. Such agreement shall be put in writing, and signed by the parties, and added to this Agreement." Overall, we saw that the construction project was not going to be finished with the efficiency and quality that were promised in the original contract. All communications came to a stop, eight months later from the contract date on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, when Phillip did not respond back to us and did not show up on the job. We had to take ownership of this project in order to get it done. If you hire Philip, it may be fine for a simple job, but he is not a contractor. Please don't be fooled as we were

  • Business Consulting And Accounting
Wonderful and most pleasant to engage with! We are looking forward to the results. We are a new excavation company and we set up our books the right way right from the beginning. Evolve and adjust as we grow.... Having that peace of mind is paramount. Worth every penny. Its not that you cant afford it, but rather how you can you afford to loose your business due to trying to figure accounting on your own. Money (important lost revenue) leaks all over the place. Thus far its amazing what they can do! All you have to do is focus on your clients (Repeat customers)! Cha-ching! Much appreciated
  • William Parrish Plumbing Inc.
Great job! Wonderful experience and highly recommend this company. We used a deal found on Angie's List for 22% off outdoor hose faucet replacement offered by this plumber and were charged exactly as advertised ... the total was $175 plus tax. We phoned Wednesday afternoon and left a message. This was not an emergency situation. They phoned back Thursday morning and offered to come within 30 minutes. Instead, we scheduled for 8am Friday morning and they were here on time (a few minutes early, which was fine). Would hire again

  • Triangle Classic Homes Inc
Triangle Classic Homes did an outstanding job on my project! Ralph was my primary builder, but Carl also watched over the job at times - and both of them are great. From the very start I could tell I was dealing with experienced professionals. And when the construction began it was also very clear that their crews are experienced and highly skilled trades. The bid and contract process was very smooth and I knew with certainty what I was going to get. Top quality work was done using excellent materials. It turned out just like I wanted and was completed three weeks early and exactly on budget. Triangle Classic cares about their customers and makes sure they are informed and pleased throughout the building process from first contact all the way to turning over the keys. I will use them again as we are planning a house addition and remodel, and we are looking forward to it
