We had a front porch rebuild in Willow Spring. Design, materials and construction were excellent. There were some delays but the company was open to hearing our questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the beautiful finished product.

Deck rebuild in Sanford Josh was visiting my daughter to give a quote on work for her and I asked what he could do for my old deck. Instead of just replacing the old wood he suggested an expansion and replacement of the access stairs. Bradley, as project manager, took our ideas and made a good plan. Enrique and his team rapidly turned that plan into a beautiful, second floor deck that doubled my usable outside space….just in time to enjoy sitting out and watching the birds in our area.

Deck Rebuild in Sanford, NC. Our deck was rotting and needing serious attention. Josh, Eric and Meagan- made it happen for us to use their company to make the changes. Bradley, our project manager had amazing suggestions as did Enrique, their master carpenter. We had a simple vision in mind and wow did they perfect and improve on those ideas. We will miss seeing Enrique and his family every day, but would not want to take the gift of his family and skill from others. Overall, I can’t rave enough about this company, their professionalism, creativity and kindness. They feel like friends/family everyone would want in their lives. Not to mention the quality of their work that will be a joy for years to come.

New screened in deck in the Smithfield/Wilson’s Mills area. We are so very pleased with the quality of work done on our deck. They came sooner than we thought & had it done quickly. They cleaned up the area afterwards, leaving the deck ready to use. We had a few issues with minor things, but Maegan has been on top of them all to get them taken care of. We would definitely recommend Elite Xteriors as the go to for a deck build!

Elite Xteriors introduced the Renaissance patio cover to me, and it is a great product. It looks awesome and grand after being built. The construction team did a great job and all problems are fixed in time. They have great patience to explain all details, answer my questions, and implement the project.

Brian and Eric were very knowledgeable of their products. They were very accommodating with our schedules. Our house is over 30 years old. It looks brand new. I am located on Raleigh off of 540. The team of workers we’re knowledgeable, polite, and organized.

We had our front and back doors replaced as well as the railings on our front steps. They all look great, feel sturdy and the doors are much less drafty than our previous doors! We had a few miscommunications about the finishing details but they were responsive and able to correct the issues.

We are in Wake Forest. We were looking for a solution to our collapsing concrete patios. Elite provider a brilliant plan for a deck and patio combination in place. The deck and patio construction quality was top notch. Everything they claimed it would be. The patio looks remarkable and is miles above what was there before. The crews were friendly and kept us informed. They needed to amend the plans and worked with us on the price. Elite will definitely be back here for other exterior projects on out home.
