"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "Crew arrived on time; foreman asked me to show him exactly what I wanted replaced, redone and repaired and done. Showed him where everything was, old siding, new door, where to make the opening for the new door, and where the places where that needed replacement siding. They got to work in a timely fashion and if there was any question, the foreman came to me and asked to make sure they were doing what I wanted done. Crew stayed all day to get the job done. The foreman returned the next day to fix 2 replacement spot, they had not gotten to on the previous day. Did a great job, looks great and the foreman was adamant that I was satisfied that they had done everything that I had asked to be done.  The siding looks great and so does the new door. Good work."

Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. He assisted us with coordination requirements between the insurance company and contractor, he ensured the work performed was done professionally, he always made himself available for questions, and he kept a positive and professional demeanor from the start of the project to the completion of the project. The siding and roof installation turned out great. We are planning to update our siding on the North side of the house next year and will insist to have Reggie manage that and all future roof/siding projects at our residence. The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job.
