"Strong winds damaged my roof on a Saturday night. R&R Construction was the first company to reach out to me and actually came to my house to inspect the damage Sunday morning. The other companies either asked for pictures or said they could come to the house a couple days later. I went with R&R and my roof was repaired Monday morning. I asked if they could check my roof flashings and make sure they were nailed down properly and they did without hesitation or extra charge. The repair itself looks great and you can't tell there was ever damage to the roof. R&R also offered me the best pricing. I can recommend this company without hesitation and will absolutely use them again for future roofing needs."

I did and he showed up per our appointment. I liked him from the start. He is far from a pushy salesperson. We talked about price, and he seemed more interested in my affordability than profit for the company. I had an idea about how much it would cost, and signed the proposal emailed to me the next day. No upfront money. He quickly responded to my many texts and questions. If he had to come out, he always sent me a text in advance. The job went as promised. The day after the materials were delivered the work crew showed up at dawn. Ricky kind of took me under his wing and dropped by three different times to check on the job. I love my new roof. Cleanup was about as good as it could be because all of the fallen leaves. Julie in the office was very nice to me. I would recommend Coldstream--ask for Ricky."

One of the owners are at the Job site while the work is going on, its our name and our reputation, we want to make sure it is done correctly. We are a smaller company that cares about every job. If you call in, you will probably speak to one of the owners. We take pride in our A plus rating with the BBB.
