"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty."

"Best Choice Roofing responded efficiently and professionally to my request through Angi. Received a call a few minutes before the repair team arrived. Josh and Jake arrived on time and evaluated the cause of the leak. The repair involved nailing down and sealing the exhaust cover on the roof. The crew were ready to complete the task immediately. Additionally, they were gracious in refusing to take any payment since it was such a minor fix. Josh did give me an evaluation on the condition of the rest of my roof.
