I have had 2 homes roofed by Quality Roofing & Contracting in the last 10 years. All interactions with their team members have been super!! My field rep John was very knowledgeable and patient with me when reviewing my insurance paperwork. In fact he pointed out errors on the paperwork and their office manager worked directly with my insurance to get it corrected. The roofing crew was very polite and did a great job with clean up which was very important to me ! I love supporting family owned local companies and this one did not disappoint!!

My roof had some wind & hail damage. They met with my adjuster and made them aware of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

A hail storm hit our area and we were flooded with contractors. I choose Quality Roofing because they were local and I've used them on other roof projects in the past. The rep Ed was professional and knowledgeable. He met with the insurance adjuster and helped through the entire process. The crew was great! The work was completed on time and they did everything they could to make the process as hassle free as possible. I will continue to use this company.

The crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Quality before and Ed Casselletto has helped get the estimate, contracts and work done very quickly.

Matt was immediately responsive to my inquiry about a bid; at the house to inspect within 48 hours.  He did all the work with the insurance company, I didn't have to do a thing.  His roofing team did an amazing job on not only the roof but also with clean up.  Absolutely no scraps left in the yard and I think we found maybe 3 nails.  When my husband put up the Christmas lights, he found 1 nail in the gutter!  The gentleman who rerouted our vents also was extremely professional, on time, completed the job in a minimal time frame.  Extremely pleased with their work.  If we ever need anything in the future, Matt will be the first person I call!

I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done by Quality Roofing. The entire job was completed in one day with great care to protect the shrubs and tree as well as my new deck surface. Excellent cleanup and followup to make sure we are satisfied. We also had hail damage three years ago so this was a repeat replacement. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning, Quality Roofing was excellent to work with! Everything promised was delivered with close attention to details. Their roofing crew did quick work removing the old roof and installing a new architectural roof. They cleaned up well and the roof looked fantastic after completion. The new guttering work went equally well. I have referred Quaily Roofing to friends and family and would highly recommend checking them out for any home improvement work!

On May 16th, 2016 our subdivision was hit by a large hail storm, damaging most for the roofs,gutters, and other exterior surfaces of our homes. Several of our neighbors began getting new roofs and other repairs made to their homes. I had the opportunity to observe the work down by several contractors. Quality Roofing & Construction replaced the roof on one of our neighbors homes and I was very impressed by the speed at which the workers completed the job, but also the care displayed in not damaging any flowers or scrubs around the home. I contacted Jerry Ostrander, the field consultant for Quality Roofing and requested an estimate of damage to my property and cost to repair. He provided a comprehensive estimate the next day. I also had two other contractors provide estimates of the same work. Jerry's was not the lowest estimate but was within a couple hundred dollars. I contracted Quality Roofing and was totally satisfied with all aspects of the job, from start to finish. Jerry and his workers were on time and completed the job in one day. We had severe hail damage from a storm in May. ?We contacted Kevin from Quality Roofing to come out and inspect our roof. Kevin was great to work with. ? We had never made a claim on our home?before so we didn't know what to expect or how the whole process was going to go. ?Kevin made the whole process easy to deal with and took away a?lot of the stress. ?He met?with our insurance adjuster to inspect the roof and home?and helped reach an agreed scope of damages and repairs. ?Due to the damage our roof was totaled and needed to be replaced. ?Quality started and completed the work?within one day. ?The quality of the?materials used and the?workmanship on the job were fantastic. ?We couldn't be happier. ?While others in our neighborhood have contractors that our taking 2-3 days to get their work done, ours was started and finished within a day. ?I would definitely recommend Quality Roofing to anyone and I would use them again in the future if need be. ???

Two years ago, I raked Quality Roofing over the coals for the service that was provided then. Earlier in the week I had another roofing contractor come out and check my roof and gutters.  They suggested that "gutter helmet" wasn't installed correctly over one section of my house. I wanted to give Quality a chance to redeem themselves so I called them about the problem. John called back and wanted to come over and talk to me about the gutters.  When he arrived he told me he pulled up my invoice from 2 years ago and told me the roofing company they contracted out was no longer working for them since I wasn't the only one to complain about the work that was done by this contractor.  John was very good in tackling the problem and made suggestions for future work.

Quality corrected their internal problem with the sub-contractor and I believe the problem I had has been resolved. I had a 1 year guarantee on workmanship and I should've contacted Quality first before throwing them under the bus. They deserve a 2nd chance.

Very satisfied good quality and done in 1 day

Excellent all the way around. Good workers and Kim was extremely helpful throughout the process. One minor issue was the crew drove on my wet lawn and left a big rut but otherwise than that it was a great experience at a fair price.

They came to give a bid on our wind damaged roof.  Work was completed during a short lull in bad weather in January.  Fine work crew, excellent job, surprisingly good price and done and gone in one day.  We recommend this company with A+.
