He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. He even put down some very small gritty material (I think it was close to a sandy material) at our request to provide more traction for safety purposes, and it is still nice to walk on when bare footed.
