"Our 75-year-old home had issues with the sewer backing up in the basement. We called Ducky Drains, Mike was the plumber who came to our house. In the initial house call, Mike determined there were collapsed pipes under the foundation. We were given an estimate to replace the original main plumbing stack, along with replacing the collapsed pipes below ground. This estimate was much cheaper than the other bids we received. The work was completed in a timely manner and for exactly the amount of the estimate. During the service, Mike kept us posted on the progress of our plumbing issues. Our storage items in the basement were protected from debris from the jackhammering which we appreciated. Upon completion of the work, the area was left very clean.
