"I tried to contact them via Angie's list but did not get a response. Then went to their website and got a very prompt response. I told Terry what I needed, including other work that has not been done yet. I had the measurements of the area to be mowed and we agreed upon a price. He also agreed to come out that afternoon and look at the other job to give me a price on that. I was at work when I talked to him but was off that afternoon. When I got home, I was amazed to see that the lawn had already been mowed and was a very good job! They treated the job exactly the way I would have. Can't ask more than for someone to treat your property the way they would their own. The price was a little high for the small area mowed, but I understand that there has to be a minimum, otherwise it is not worth their time to even come out, however, after Terry came to look at the other job and saw the area that his guys had mowed, he said he would knock off $10 for future mowing. I have hired him for the other job as well and will review that once it is done."

They did LOTS of work: trimmed several large trees near our street, installed our new mailbox, completely redid our drainage on the sides and back of our house, removed a 20 foot shrub (including the huge stump), cleared out weeds and completely cleaned out and renewed our garden (leaving three redbuds and a rose bush), laid down mulch in that garden, cleared out brush in another corner of the yard, put down dirt, did rock edging on both gardens, seeded the lawns, put down weed preventer, and hauled all of the trash away. Later we talked about bug repelling plants we could add, and Chris spent a good amount of time giving recommendations, and we could not be more pleased with them! After Tim arrived, we headed to Lowe's because I needed to use a Spire rebate card for the materials, which included a relatively nice wooden door, paint, and 2 by 4's for the railing. It was a freezing day and I thought Tim would have trouble getting the work done by the end, but he had no problems. I also couldn't picture how a wooden railing would be sturdy enough attached to my concrete porch in place of the iron railing that had rusted off years ago, but it's incredibly sturdy and stable. I've already asked Tim to return to help with a couple of other items."
