I asked for a repair and a repair was completed. No pushy sales for a roof replacement as it was not needed. I really appreciate an honest roofing company.

Very easy to work with, fast and professional

Very easy to work with and reliable. We were left hanging by another company that initially did our roof through insurance but never showed up to replace the gutters as agreed. Tony was able to take over the insurance claim to get the gutters replaced within a week. I would definitely use them again.

We were looking to replace our roof and our neighbor who had Platinum Exteriors replace his roof recommended them. From the start to the finish Tony and his crew were very professional and were quick to answer all our questions and concerns. Great company to work with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They responded right away and did a good job

Reliable, easy to work with. Great value for money. We had a gutter get broken by the nasty wind storm breaking a hinge on part of our gutter and they came and fixed it asap. Definitely recommend them!

Tony has came to the house to fix little minor things that I noticed after the fact. He came out immediately. His prices are great. Nice work too!

The project came out great. Worked with us on rescheduling 2 times due to our busy schedules, showed up on time, and finished the job earlier than expected too! Great communication and overall a wonderful team to work with.

Tony was on time for our first appointment, which is important to me. The other thing that stood out was that he not only bid the job, but was part of the team who installed our gutters. So many times, companies send out sales guys who are new to the industry, or don't communicate very well to their installation team. Tony is very professional and I'm bringing him back for additional work this fall.

Rapid response, arrived the same day to give an in person estimate after tree fell on roof making a huge hole. Job was started and finished 3 days later. So far everything seems good, great clean up I haven t found any trace left of them yet.

Do NOT hire this company. Literally choose anyone else. If there were zero or negative stars, they would deserve them. (I have a pregnant wife and an 8-year-old son) 1)Didnâ t receive a contract or work service order/ invoice/ prices/ charges until the job was almost done and paid for. 2)Worst communication ever a.Didnâ t update on anything i.7/15 scheduled to be here at 8am and didnâ t show up until after noon. No communication updates. ii.7/17 scheduled to come at 8am and didnâ t show up. I called to ask and he said they had a hose trouble. No update. b.Showed up twice without any heads up. i.7/20 showed back up after saying theyâ d come back Wednesday to complete. No text or phone call. Had to cancel social plans. c.Asked them three times to keep us updated and got only one text d.Didnâ t tell me that the trim wouldnâ t be taken care of (see above) e.Was going to do the trim for free, but then said he was going to charge me later f.Zero customer empathy â extremely hard headed and patronizing 3)Didnâ t run the magnet for nails/screws a.Left over 15 on the back patio i.Wife stepped on one that went through her shoe and into her foot ii.Then proceeded to ask me to show him next time to try and prove it wasnâ t theirs b.Left three in the front garden. I set them out for him and he told me they werenâ t his (white identical screws that somehow ended up out there) c.Left an OPEN RAZOR BLADE on the ground on our back patio!!! i.8-year-old found it ii.Proceeded to blame me for my parenting on our recorded call on 7/23 4)Sharp tin pieces left all around the house that my wife had to clean up 5)Left unacceptable gaps from the roof to the fascia a.Bees getting in under the roof now 6)Did not finish the trim next to the front door and said the job was done â five foot gap a.Took an amazing amount of convincing to even get him back out here to complete it 7)Tuesday, 7/21 â spoke to supervisor Kevin a.Explained the situation i.Offered a $200 â discountâ ii.Said he was going to suspend Tony and make him go back to training classes. (See Below) b.Refused to give me owners contact. i.Owner refuses to call or email. c.Said he would contact back and never did. d.I said I did not want to communicate with Tony anymore as he proved he cannot be professional. (Followed by See Below) 8)Tony showed up to my house (7/23 at 2:30) taking pictures on the property in the front and back yard without permission. a.Then proceeded to pound on the door, intimidate my wife and demand she speak with him even though she was on a work video call. She asked him if she could finish her call for 10 minutes and he refused. Then raised his voice in an intimidating manner and explained what was going to happen even though she has no ownership over the house and did not order the work. Told me after the fact it wasn't intimidating because he, "didn't have a gun". Unacceptable. 9)Tony â completedâ the job on Friday, 7/24 a.Did not provide the photos taken from the back yard without permission b.Did not provide the â recorded phone callâ he said he would c.Did not provide the recorded audio of his interaction with my wife when he said he would d.Did not provide the ownerâ s contact information when he said he would e.Did not provide the company lawyerâ s contact information when he said he would f.Did not provide me with a paid in full invoice g.Threatened again to take to court if payment wasnâ t received even though the job was incomplete Literally choose any other company and save yourself from dealing with these people.

Responded promptly and repair was done the same day.

I was sorry that working with Platinum didn't work out due to the good reviews of them. Our experience was pretty poor. For every meeting, appointment, phone call, or email, they either didn?t show up, call, or communicate in any way to me. Even to reschedule meetings. I do not know the quality of their work because I ended up cancelling the contract we set up with them. If the work is good that?s great, but they really need to focus on the customer service aspect of their business.

They were professional and quick.

He does quality work and he has a great personality.
