I help homeowners design and plan their remodeling project using my 25 years of experience in residential remodeling. Please check out many samples of my work at Houzz and my website. I create beautiful photo realistic images of their project completed with all their personal selections on finishes, plus complete architectural drawings for bidding, getting building permits and guiding construction. I put homeowners in charge of their remodeling projects by creating a very detailed plan so multiple contractors can bid on the same project so you can compare bids apples to apples.

"We hired Bruce Freeman to create a new vision for the kitchen of our recently purchased 1960's home. Our project was complicated by potential structural issues with moving weight-bearing walls and a stairwell. As a former builder himself, Bruce had the knowledge to know what was and wasn't possible structurally. He listened carefully to our ideas about the style and function we had in mind for the space. He then took that information, coupled with his own expertise, to draft an initial design. He thought outside the box and had the creativity to take advantage of wonderful lighting and views in the back of our home and actually flipped the location of the former kitchen and dining room to optimize these assets. He incorporated our feedback to create a final blueprint. We were able to present these plans to contractors in order to get comparable bids from them. Once work began, our contractor and subcontractors found the blueprint so detailed and complete that they were able to use it without any further modifications to complete the project, saving us time and cost. We were thoroughly pleased with Bruce's work and would highly recommend him for your design needs."
