  I feel extremely fortunate to have had the excellent service, skill and craftsmanship from Craftsman Choice. Mike Ziegler, Jeff Witt, Darrin and Phil from the roofing crew, Michael from the siding crew, Jose from the shingling crew and Valente from the painting crew (and of course all of the workers who worked with them) not only did an excellent job and provided great leadership, but they were attentive to every single question or concern I had. This is an extremely talented team of people. I live in a 1920s cottage-style house and wanted to maintain the integrity and original style of my home. I got bids from three different construction companies, but none of them paid attention to the details like Craftsman. They followed through on every item. Highly recommendedshow more

  Over the last 5 years Craftsman Choice worked with us to replace our roof, all of our windows (42) and all of our doors. We had such a positive experience with the roof, when it came time to do our windows and doors, they won our business. The thing that makes Craftsman Choice stand out is their attention to detail, their responsiveness to our inquiries, and any actions required after installation. They even repaired an issue from our siding vendor as that company stop responding immediately after installation. Craftsman Choice, to this day. responds. There are very few roofing, window, door, and siding folks that will respond once they are paid, but Craftsman Choice continues to respond. I also have to speak highly about the salesperson, the project managers, and the craftsman that we experienced over this time frame. All performed highly, were great to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, and made the projects easy. Sales was upfront, transparent, patient, and honest. Project managers were responsive, gave the bad news fast if there was any, and worked with us to get the job done to our satisfaction. The craftsman working for Craftsman Choice are all true craftsmen; and I do not use that term lightly. They have been there, done that, and that experience shown through thoroughly in each job performed. There will always be issues, but how Craftsman Choice chooses to deal with the issues makes them stand out. I have referred them to many coworkers and friends and have had no regrets in making a recommendation. I am not an employee; I do not own stock in Craftsman Choice, but the reason I write this is when someone performs poorly, I speak up. And, when someone does a good job, I like to make it known. FYI the $90k I mentioned in this was over three different jobs and several years. Would I go back to a poor company? No, I would not. I went back to Craftsman Choice twiceshow more

  We got our windows and siding done recently through Craftsman's Choice. In the past they did our roof. Everyone in their team did an amazing job. They were extremely good in communicating what is going on. The windows were late in arriving from the manufacturer and they told us about it. The workmanship for both the windows and the siding were excellent. Many of my neighbors who are very picky about the work done came up to me to mention how great a job these guys did. Matt Enfield, their salesperson with whom I dealt with the most is a guy whom I can trust. I don't know how many times we went back and forth on what we wanted and he was very patient came to our house numerous times to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He provided pros and cons of everything. I feel very grateful to have found these group of people to work on our houseshow more

  Excellent job from beginning to end. The quote was very reasonable. The workers arrived at 8 am and completed the entire roof replacement by 5 pm and cleaned up immaculately. The project manager was easy to contact and work with. He responded promptly to all our questions and concerns.   When we got hit with the hail storm last summer on the east side of St Paul, we received damage to our roof, gutters, etc. The insurance company sent an adjuster that approved about 25 percent of the damage. Add to this most roofing companies were very busy and weren’t really interested in a small roof like ours. We contacted Capitol Siding and Windows and they were instrumental in us getting what we should have received in the first place. They came out and inspected everything, took a lot of pictures and helped us contact the insurance company to meet an adjuster and straighten out our claim. The claim was fully approved, and our new roof looks great! Capitol Siding and Windows is a local family owned business that still puts customer’s needs first, and I highly recommend them for any exterior work on your house. I promise you will not be let downshow more
