"Buck, the owner, was very thorough in inspecting our roof for hail damage. He was honest and said their was no damage. We had been approached by several storm chasing roof contractors telling us we had storm damage but we were skeptical and called Eagle Siding for an honest assessment. While Buck was on the roof, he noticed our rusty vent stack and painted it! No charge! It looks so nice and when the time comes to replace our roof as it ages, we will definitely call Buck and Eagle Siding!"

I submitted an inquiry one night about a roof leak and got a call within minutes asking for details and got scheduled for the morning after. Josh came out and we hopped on the roof together to look at the vent causing issues. He showed me how it was installed wrong by showing me exactly what the issue was as well as walking the whole roof with me and pointing out various vent installation and shingle issues. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
