"The two plumbers that came to the house did an excellent and efficient job fixing a number of problems in the original plumbing on the sinks, faucets, and toilets of a ~50 year old house. There were some problems with both the old plumbing and some of the new faucets that we bought as replacements that they solved on the spot. They were very respectful and hard working. I appreciated the detailed list of the cost of all of the work in advance of their visit. They came in a little under the estimate."

"My experience with both plumbers was wonderful. Thomas came out on the weekend to assess the problem. Matthew arrived a couple of days later to fix a problem that was caused when I had my bathroom rehabbed. The original plumber had not installed it correctly and the tank always jiggled. Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."
