His initial thought was a frozen condenser but soon found that the evaporator motor was fried. He told me of a place near to our house that stocks that motor and if I was willing to go buy the motor, he would squeeze me in at the end of his day that Friday, still long but better. He then took the time to show me how to install the motor. The reader digest version is that I went out and bought it that afternoon, installed it that evening and have cold food and ice today. In the process he saved me over $150.00 and gave me an education. I will be using them again and feel confident in recommending."
