Vincent came and somehow my garbage disposal head. Been compromised and needed to be replaced. That work got done. It was odd that a plumber didnâ t have a garbage disposal in his truck since it took him an hour to get one from Home Depot. I was not told what the cost would be before hand And I thought the price charged was outrageous. I negotiated a lower price with Mr. Connor, but the business model of doing the work, and then just demanding a price that was way over the average, for the work is a poor business model. In the end, I paid $700 for the installation of $140 garbage disposal. It took three hours.

Was able to come fairly quickly after my call. Gave an estimate range over the phone- (Had said the range was fixed and the price range was based on if parts were needed). Charged $50 over top of range à ¢à  à  for partsà ¢à  à  (which were minimal imo). Felt he may have raised the price a bit after he saw where I lived, which he commented on several times. Very friendly. Did a good job, and was efficient. I did have to affix marble top to the vanity afterwards with Dap, which he instructed on, Not too big a deal but required a trip to the hardware store. Would hire again.

On time at a fair price

Project done on time, and on budget. Great job!!

Charles was recovering from an injury so his wife and an associate did most of the work. The job was completed but he is very expensive.

I hired Conners Plumbing to fix two problems. I had a toilet tank that was overflowing and I had a low water level in the bowl. Charles quoted me 380 dollars over the phone to fix both problems. He came out and fixed the overflow problem, but the water in the bowl issue was not addressed. In addition, the handle on the toilet now does not freely rotate. This leaves the water running until I lift the handle. This is a new issue as a result of Charles work. I am extremely disappointed.

Work was prompt.

Really knowledgeable and creative master plumber. He shows up, does what he says he can do, and finishes with solid clean-up.

Conner plumbing is great! Would definitely recommend them! They went above and beyond to make sure our bathtub's drain and overflow were fixed without a leak. Even asked us to keep an eye out for a leak and promised to come back to take a look if we noticed something wrong! Totally satisfied!

Be specific and insistent regarding the outcome of the problem. While Mr. Conners replaced the leaking faucet, the placement of the shutoff valve and drain spigot was in an inaccessible area and vulnerable to frost damage. When dealing with Conners have a contract specify the estimated labor and parts costs. The cost of the project which took less than two hours was excessive.

The work was done quickly and I learned a lot about toilet repairs and replacement.

Hired him to replace an outdoor leaking faucet thru Home Advisor. I was expecting to get charged any where from $175 to $250 which was the price range for that job in my area according to H.A. It took about 25 minutes and after the job was done I got charged $375. I did not asked him for an estimated beforehand so my BAD!. On top now I have to deal with vinyl siding damage and replacing the melted vinyl cover for that faucet on my own because lack of precautions he took as a "professional plumber".

I wish I would have had Charles come see the project rather than getting a quote based on a photo I took of the sink/faucet. Somehow the sink broke when he was trying to get the faucet mount off. Of course it is 30 years old and there was a lot of corrosion where the metal stems connected to the faucet. He did run and get a new one but that increased the cost of the job. Also he had to bump the price up when more cutting was needed. I did like that he put in threaded collars to the faucet so next time (hopefully never) the faucet can be easily replaced. Finally he forgot to drop and secure the tube from our water filtration system into the sink. The next morning we discovered water up on our VanEE systems and all over the floor. A simple fix for me and some moping but not horrible as it was in the laundry room with a floor drain. Charles was prompt and friendly and it all turned out OK. Again, get an in-person estimate/bid. My bad..

The replaced faucet was dripping when shut off later the same day of the repair. When we complained he did return and repair it that evening. He took several calls from his Dr. interrupting our conversations. There were not any visible Covid 19 precautions taken as I would expect at this time. He had to borrow several supplies needed for repair. He had trouble removing water from the pipes. He left a large unevenly cut hole in our family room. I bought an access panel as he suggested that doesn t fit properly due to the way the hole was cut. I believe he meant well and replied quickly to work request and complaint, but professionalism was lacking and final product disappointing.

Charles was prompt and performed a difficult pipe repair quickly showing us what was needed and what they did.

They did very good work in a rather short time. They let me send pics to then give me a fairly accurate estimate to the cost prior arriving to do the job. It was good they do not charge a trip fee like some other plumbing companies. Two negative factors. Did not inform me before the job was done that he/they charge a 3.0+ charge w paying w a credit card. I had him look at another possible problem while at my home. Seal space between bottom of bathroom commode and floor has minor rust leak I clean once a month. He went ahead ahead and cauked area that took less than 3 minutes without telling me the cost to do minor task. When it came to paying for his services, he surprisingly added $25 extra for caulking the seal and then did not let me keep the $5.00 open small caulk tube afterward. Total cost:$425, I thought was rather higher price for the full service I received. I believe the overall customer service with or toward me was fair to good with being friendly & congenial. Possibly would consider hiring for future job to be done.

Charles was upfront about prices and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone so I knew what I was in for. The work was done fast everything was hauled away a new one was delivered. He cleaned up after everything and was very gentle with my new flooring. I would hire Charles again!
