"First off she sent us around this huge building , and l didn’t complain like she said. We told here about the floor flange being to high. But it would cost a lot more to replace it. We could have shimmed the toilet like we usually try but she wouldn’t let us. She didn’t want to pay any more so we tried raising the toilet with putty.and it worked. She sat on it and rocked and the toilet didn’t move. So she liked it. I guess it started a week later. She called angi so l called her and said we would come out and fix it. And told her we would have to do something with the flange. She started yelling at me that I am a bad plumber. And l said to her look at my angi reviews. That would tell you how good l am. She got pretty mean and hung up. The next morning she sent the bad review. And the guy with me is a good plumber. She was lying about l can’t walk and to old to not now anything. That is an unusual customer. She said l sore at her and I did not. She was yelling at me."
"That is not true, we were there for two hours. She called and said her tub was leaking. It was not so we tried the vanity and the toilet, found no water at all. The tub was plugged up ran real slow, so finally after trying a long time looking, we seen some water on the floor. coming from under the wall not under the toilet floor. We did not want to pull toilet because we did not have any drain cleaning machines on our truck if that was needed. So the tub and vanity water was backing up the pipes under the toilet. So if they were cieaned that would not have happened. Because the toilet never leaked on its own. So I advised her to call a drain cleaning company. So we did not charge her for all our time their. ."
