Great Job

Gary was able to do work for me the day after we connected. He and his partner did a great job capping my gasline and removing some old pipe so that I can install a new electric oven. They finished the work efficiently and for a very fair rate. Gary was super friendly and easygoing, and I had a good time chatting with him! I'm glad I went with Lindman Plumbing for honest and quality work. Gary is a pro through and through. I couldn't ask for more.

He brought an assistant who was the driver and the main issue was how many steps he would have to take to get to my property and they would not remove shoes. I say this to illustrate the age issue of Gary accepting this work...he is very old..I am 90 yrs and consider myself to be pretty old, but Gary is Really old and he indicated that he fixed the problem..mostly by using Plumber's Putty around the base. No mention of the ring being a problem..which was only three years old, the age of the toilet. The toilet started wobbling again two days later and the awful looking brown plumber's putty was seeping out looking just terrible!!! I have a nice bathroom with a walk in shower, new toilet and to have this brown creepy stuff coming out of the toilet base is too terrible AND I paid him $280.00 for this!! I cannot dispute this charge as he requested a check to avoid having to pay the 3% charge by the credit card company so I wrote a check ..not knowing this putty was going to be on the floor next to the toilet ..almost before he could cash the check!! I feel that I was robbed and I think calling Angie was the biggest mistake!! Angie should be aware of the credentials and qualifications of the persons coming into our homes to prevent this charade and robbery of my $280.00. I don't get any satisfaction in knowing that all Angie can do for me is table him with a bad review. Mr. Lindman offered to come back so I asked him what more he would do if coming back and he replied something that was going to take a lot of work. I did not understand what that was. He accused me of yelling at he so I gave him wan example of a real yell to let him know I wasn't yelling and that started him off. He cursed at me and the call ended.

Gary and Caleb were very polite. They complete a time-consuming job with minimum workspace in a timely manner. The two were very professional in their work. They cleaned the work area upon completion. I was pleased with the work and the price. I would hire Lindman Plumbing again if necessary.

Gary and Caleb were great! Very responsive and took the time to explain details of the job. Unlike other companies that will not give you a quote unless they visit and charge Gary gave me a ballpark estimate and advised how to contact the city to shut off the main water line, saving time and money. I would recommend Lindman Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber and will definitely use again if needed.

Lindman plumbing did a great job at replacing a broken sink in my basement. Gary was very upfront with me about the job and explained all the different options. I am very happy with there work and how the job turned out.

They are perfect, they took care of it and reasonably priced. It was alright.

They came and found the leak. Repaired it in about 1.5 hours. Mr. Lindman is very personable person and easy to get along with. They have lots of experience and know how.

Gary and his grandson did a terrific job. With their experience and skill they were able to repair a broken connection in the wall without tearing out shower tile, keeping the repair cost low. A super job at a reasonable rate.

The service was good, he came in there and took care of the problem in about 2 minutes. They were punctual and they did a very good job. I would recommend them to anybody.

Gary answered my phone call on a Saturday morning. He was at my house in less than an hour. Couldn’t be more happy. I have found my new Plumber!!!

Excellent service and price. Gary and Caleb were professional in their assessment of the problem with the faucet and how to replace it with a new one. They went beyond what was necessary testing and retesting it to ensure they had taken care of the problem. Would recommend them again.

The installation was professional and it looks and operates great. Gary was easy to work with and reasonably priced compared to other licensed and bonded plumbers in the area.

Came to my house and charged my $150 to do nothing, had to call another plumber who came and replaced the wax ring which was the actual problem, not some clogged back up like he tried explaining for an hour that he couldn’t do, paid $192 to have the actual work done in 30 minutes.

I wanted two comfort height toilets installed. Gary found a good deal on high end Kohler toilets that were fairly priced. It took awhile for the toilets to arrive at the suppliers warehouse, but it was worth waiting since i had two high quality toilets installed for about $200 less than what other plumbers were charging to install lesser quality toilets. Gary works with his son or grandson who is an apprentice plumber. It was Gary and his grandson who came to my house. They were both good, neat plumbers. I am happy with their work.

They were able to come out right away given that the water pipe was leaking. I appreciated that they first explained why there was a leak and how they were going to go about fixing it. The repair cost was more than fair and the team very friendly and knowledgable. Super Job!!

Gary was very personable on the phone calls, and in person. He and Caleb came at the stated time, and did a nice job. Again, very personable, and professional. The only concern I have is that they did not wear protective masks when entering my home. During this time, I think that at least offering to wear a mask, and social distancing, would be a good idea. That being said, though, they did a great job, and I would, without hesitation, hire them for any plumbing project in my home.

Lindman had good communication around the scheduling of the visit and made the repair quickly and cleanly.

I submitted an after-hours Angie's List request to Gary on a Friday, and he responded that evening to let me know he would call the next morning. I really appreciated his after hours response as it gave me peace of mind. He called as promised on Saturday, and scheduled me for Monday. Not only did he fix the problem, but his communication was prompt and he did as promised. Thank you Gary!
