"Seth responded in a timely manner, proposed several ways of solving the problem, and offered additional suggestions to help with the drainage around the stairwell, which was the source of the original damage. He was willing to look at the project holistically, and knowledgable on all aspects of the job. Tim responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours, set up a meeting (a few days later), made an assessment, gave me a fair estimate and put my project on his list. When he set the date for his crew to come out, he came back over to be sure his game plan matched my wishes.
I asked for a curve in the front sidewalk to be mindful of the roots of the maple tree in the yard. The back sidewalk needed a space for drainage and I needed the space under my basement steps to be sealed. Tim and his team were really thoughtful about how the spaces would look. When it came to the basement steps, they realized that the steps were rotting, so he asked if they could just replace the wooden steps with concrete steps. This seemed like a great solution with no up charge.
Tim kept me updated on the project, what I should (or shouldn't) do and what to expect. The work was really well done. He came back for a post-work assessment and helped with one last request (at no extra cost). He and his team did great work.
