"They were from my area.  I called him for an estimate and his estimate was very low so that is why I went with him.  He was very personable and friendly on the phone and also when he got here.  He was fast.  He and one other person came out and I had some fence on one part of the garage and there were these things indoors.  We handled the indoor stuff first and then we went on to the garage and all I did was stand there and point.  They were so fast with no questions and just loaded it up.  He was a nice guy.  It is kind of a small local business type of thing."
