"I had three companies give an estimate for our bath remodel. From the first conversation with Dave, I was convinced on whom to go with. No fast talking pressure sale, no rushed decision making, just a down to earth real person. He didn't try to talk me into a quick cover up-one day job with what looked like a hotel like finished product, it was down to the studs and start over from scratch to make sure it was done right with real tile and high quality fixtures. And get this, His estimate was lower than the other two pushy fast talkers. His crew, and the subcontractors Dave uses for plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry, are all quality, skilled, real people too. After the Bathroom was done, we were so overjoyed with the finished product we asked him to work his magic in the kitchen. He took my design ideas and made them better. We also had him match all the doors on the first floor, and fix a bad window upstairs. I just called him back again to put new windows in the basement. I recommended him to our neighbors, and after seeing what Dave did with our house, they chose Dave for their project too. I trust him, and his advice. We love his work!"

"Extremely pleased with our new walk-in shower installed by Re-Bath Minneapolis! Our installers, Jalston and Jocelyn, were terrific: prompt, polite, professional, and personable! Great workmanship. We could not have a better team! (And I am a very picky customer!) They were patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. The results are beautiful. Thanks so much. The process went according to plan and done in 2 days. Excellent clean-up and good customer service. I requested a slight adjustment to shower doors and that was accomplished in a friendly, prompt manner. Thomas, our salesperson/designer, went above the call of duty in answering my endless questions and tweaking our order. Heather, in customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive. The project manager, scheduler, and folks in the showroom were all top-notch. Thanks to all for a job well done! I highly recommend this company!!"

"Work was done on time in line with expectations. I was very pleased with my new ceilings."

"I've used Mike and Cameron on a few of my remodel projects. Mike pays great attention to craftsmanship. When we ran into some technical complications with the remodel, he was able to solve the problem and keep the project moving. Very pleasant to work with. I will be using Techniques again in the future. Thanks again."

"Ariel from Lifetime Construction inspected the damage to my wall and intelligently discussed what needed to be done to repair it. He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. I am very familiar with home construction work as I have lived in my home since 1961 and have had 2 major add-ons and several inside remodels done during the past 59 years. Lifetime Construction showed up precisely on time for appointments ( a rarity among contractors) and performed the work as contracted. I would definitely use them again. Sincerely, Dr. Jerry Karasick"

"Beissel was terrific throughout our projects. They provided quality combination windows, gutters, steel siding repairs and a kitchen and bath remodel in the summer of 2018. Their work crews were professional craftsmen, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked with us to minimized the disruption that comes with a kitchen remodel. We found them to due great work at a great price."

"We have used Milless Interiors for several projects over the last few years. Tom did our kitchen remodel in 2018 and a full basement demo/remodel in 2021. We are still pleased with the work he did for us and would consider working with him for any future projects! We really enjoyed the ability to do more customization with our kitchen. He had some creative ideas for cabinetry that we still enjoy."

"Higgins is a great company that has outstanding craftsmen in their employ. I've hired them for two major remodeling jobs. I will do it again if the need arises. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. Call them. You won't be disappointed!"
