"The service was quick and easy for them, and I will use them again in the future. I was a little surprised they have a different rate for "commercial" projects. In this case this meant I was charged $25 more for my own personal home after I paid the lower price for an identical problem in my rental home two weeks earlier. I disputed this and they were professional, respectful, and amenable. Overall they seem like a great company.
