The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."
