The issue I was having trying to get it fixed was that the latter two jobs were too small to attract interest from other contractors, but Serg from JIS Pashur construction not only did a fantastic job outfitting my house with gutters, but because he has prior experience with siding/soffit/fascia, he was able to do my soffit/fascia project PLUS replace the wood trim, all under one quote. So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that.
