They were very responsive to all my questions and requests for information. The work crew was very professional and skilled. I felt they were very respectful of my home, yard and gardens. The project manager was on site to start the project with a thorough walk through of what would be done. He was on site frequently and responsive quickly to any questions I texted him. We completed the project with a final walk through My house with the new siding, trim and gutters looks great!

These guys are simply amazing. The customer service and quality of work were nothing short of the absolute best I’ve ever experienced in home construction and improvement projects in my lifetime. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to call Wright again for work or advice or referral requests. Price, timing and quality are important—they delivered on all of those—but The service means a lot to us. And it was amazing. Wright’s willingness to partner and collaborate through the details of the project made the whole thing go so smooth.

They were very helpful. Inspected my roof and told me that what needed to be done was not within their expertise and gave me some helpful advice. They didn't even charge for the inspection!

HIGH QUALITY - they did great work replacing our roof after hail damage. The new roof looks much better than the original, which was only two years old. FAST - the crew showed up early and had the job finished in just ONE DAY! They did great work and put care into every aspect right down to the detailed clean up at the end. Our neighbor's roof is about the same size, and that company took 3-4 days to finish theirs. PROFESSIONAL - Addison and Nick were easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We changed the type of shingles we wanted just a couple weeks before our scheduled date, and Addison was quick to take care of everything. He checked in with us before, during, and after the work was done to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall excellent company to work with, would definitely recommend.

Addison and his team were outstanding in terms of communication, craftsmanship and fighting for his client. We had pushback from our insurance company, but after working through the process and leveraging his expertise, Addison was able to get everything fully covered! 10/10 would hire again.

I do not hesitate to recommend Wright-at-Home, which re-roofed my home and installed James Hardie shingle siding. Owner Addison Kaasa not only handles sales and gives expert advice on your choice of materials, he pays close attention to every phase of the work. He actively communicated throughout my project and visited multiple times to check on progress. His project managers and installers are careful and considerate. Not to take anything away from the highly skilled roofing crew, the fit and precision of the James Hardie siding installed on my home by subcontractor Willie is most impressive, the work around doors, windows and flashing really clean. He had no problem with making a slight design change to the window trim even though it meant more cutting and sawing. Before leaving, Wright-At-Home’s crews picked up all detritus. You’d never have guessed they’d been here if it weren’t for the remarkable transformation of my home’s exterior.

Wright-At-Home Services is awesome! From the very beginning I was impressed with the sales consultant, Rafael Alejos and he was great at communicating with me about every step. The crew that did the work was wonderful. One of the workers even helped my husband carry a cabinet we were getting rid of from our basement door to the front of the house. He saw we were struggling to do it and offered to help. I was very impressed. The workmanship was excellent and we are extremely impressed and satisfied with our new roof and gutters. Our neighbors are impressed too! I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need a new roof and gutters, this is the company to hire!

Our experience with Wright at Home Services was professional and responsive from our initial call all the way past our project completion when they called to check in that everything was looking good and functioning properly. We had great communication with everyone in the company. Addison Kaasa (our sales rep) was a pleasure to work with. He leveraged his expertise, experience and communication skills to advocate for us in a fair and equitable manner and was able to get a majority of the cost of our exterior renovation project covered by our insurance company due to storm damage. There were multiple trades involved in our job but WAHS was able to piece the timeline together efficiently. The projects were all handled in a timely fashion and the crews left things more clean and tidy than we had expected after hearing about others' experiences with different companies. The total scope of our project was roof, skylights, attic ventilation upgrade, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia. The end result turned out exactly as we had hoped. We would use them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

This is an excellent company to work with. We re-roofed and re-sided our house (fascia and gutters too). We first met with Addison back in March and after walking around the house, it was decided that our cables needed to get buried since the electrical pole was in an awkward spot and the reason we were getting water damage in one window (couldn't be flashed or guttered properly). By the time we got the electrician to install the new box and Xcel to do the bore and re-connect, it was the end of August. (With Covid, Xcel was extremely backed up.) Work began on our house Sept. 22 and it took 2 weeks to complete the project. It looks AMAZING. The different crews were meticulous and took care to clean up the yard each night. Willie and his crew did the siding and he is top-notch. You couldn't have a better team re-siding your house. Roofing crew was outstanding as well. Aaron was our go-to during the job (Addison bid the job and we talked over the months as we were waiting on Xcel). Aaron was there most mornings and followed up with me over the phone as needed. He was always prompt and professional in dealing with any issues or concerns (which are bound to come up on a larger job). I couldn't recommend working with Wright-At-Home enough. You'll be happy you did.

Roxanne and Wright At Home Services, Inc. team were fantastic. They followed through on every detail outlined in their project proposal. They were very responsive, very thorough and very high quality in their preparation, project work and project clean up. I can't recommend them enough for your own roofing or gutter work!!

It went really well! Rafael was a great contact to get things started: he came out and did what he could for a few spots with leaks then started the process of getting me a bid. Worked with me to pick out a color, then got me scheduled for the roof install in just a few weeks. Work was solid and fast. One day to remove the old roof and get the new one on. It looks great! And the new ridge vent is 100x better than the old turbines and other vents that were up there.

The contractor came out and did a minimal inspection of my roof. He told me he saw sufficient damage for me to file an insurance claim. He met my adjuster when they came for the inspection, but he didn’t even talk to the adjuster, who claimed I have zero hail damage. I found out later every single neighbor around me has hail damage and I do to, but he was unwilling to work for me to get an insurance claim filed. I am using another contractor for this large roof job. Terrible customer service.

The process went well. We had them inspect the house for damage. Once damage was found we worked with the insurance company. They provided samples for color selection and walked through the process and describing what goes into a roofing project. The work was completed in two days. They cleaned up after themselves well and we in communication with us during construction

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed a small leak in my roof and I will definitely be back for any additional roofing or siding needs!

The Wright at Home team was fantastic. They were responsive, on time and on budget. We recently had them check the roof they installed for possible hail damage, and they came out the next day to check! I would definitely use them on future projects.

Great experience and extremely satisfied! During a bath remodel we learned the exhaust fans in two upstairs bathrooms were not properly connected to the roof vents nor was the necessary ductwork there to connect them. I called Wright-At-Home to ask if they could help with our small job and Roxanne the owner said yes. She scheduled a service visit for the next morning, then emailed me to confirm timing and pricing. The serviceman arrived early for the appointment and installed two new vents and the necessary ductwork to connect the bathroom fans. I appreciated Roxanne's willingness to help as two other roofers I called said the job was too small for them. I definitely would hire Wright-At-Home again for any service or repair needs based on their great customer service and workmanship!

They worked directly with State Farm Insurance to process the claim for a new roof and new siding for the entire house. The workers and day to day management was exceptional. They worked so hard I had no issues buying them lunch when I could.
