Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality. Tear out crew: With a Bobcat and dump truck will tear out the existing asphalt or concrete driveway and disposes of the material at a local re-cycling station. Set-up crew: Sets up forms, grades and compacts subsoil and ties the rebar grid together. Pouring crew: Meets our local ready mix concrete truck(s) at the site and places the fresh concrete within the forms in a professional manner. They were also very flexible in allowing me to install some under-driveway drainage for my downspouts while they were working. There was some minor cosmetic damage that occurred during the installation, but they were quick and fair in rectifying the issue. The driveway itself looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again."
