"Called on Friday and Gary came out today Monday 4/8/13. We spoke briefly on the phone Friday about the situation. He was going to be here between 10-11. A lady in the office called and said it would be closer to 11. Gary called and said he was going to be late by 15 min. Atleast he called to tell me he was going to be late, compared to other companies....
We spoke briefly in the basement and I showed him the areas where I was having problems. He said he was going to look outside and come back inside and take measurement and then go over everything. Gary explained everything to me and he was very thourough. Since I already had talked to a dozen contractors already, i had a good idea of what needed to be done, but he made it a bit clearer for me.

Problem with him was that he said I needed to replace my wall or use i beams to correct the problem. HOWEVER, he would NOT warranty the i beams. He would only warranty if he REPLACED the wall. Had a structural engineer look at my basement wall and he said I DID NOT need to have the wall replaced and that  I could just use i beams to correct the problem!!!  Also, Gary said he would help us go after the previous waterproofers who did the job 3 months ago but he would ONLY do that IF we hired him!!

"Absolutely excellent service! After noticing that water was coming into my chimney when it rained, I started seeking inspections and estimates to figure out the scope of the problem. Pisani Contracting was the only one that offered a range of work options, rather than only the most drastic and expensive one, and while I did opt in the end to have the chimney rebuilt rather than patched, the offer was much appreciated. Just make sure you call from a Michigan number: having moved from out of state, the cell phone I use for most calls does not have a Michigan area code, and every time I called trying to schedule an estimate, the call went to voice mail; it was only when I called from my work number, which does have a Michigan area code, that I was able to get through to set things up. I'm glad I did, though, since I'm extremely pleased with the work done!"

"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it.
