I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"They told me exactly how long it would take and what was involved into transforming my old tub area into a beautiful shower area. It was floor to ceiling shower surround with a new window framing. It took two days and the clean up went well also. I had two selves installed and will add two more in a month or so. I also had two grab bars in my bathroom as well. I surely liked that the installers asked my advice on placement of grab bars and shelves. insallers explain my moen shower and they left all the papperwork and warrenty information. They also explain what was necessry to keep my shower clean and what products can be used with an acrylic shower. Also how to clean and take care of my acrylic caulk. I had a great experience with the Atlas people - from sales to the installation crew. All the products from grab bars, handshower slide, curved shower curtain rod. I decided against a glass enclosure because I would be unable to give my dog baths. I'am 65 and getting in and out of the tub was a difficult due to knee and back issues. I can put a matt down and wash my dog without any difficulty. This is money well spent Thank you Atlas staff and installation crew. P.S. I hope to add photos........."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"We had Doug and his crew re-grout cracks in our shower and they were phenomenal. We had Doug come for an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He even researched the brand of our old grout that was used (previous owners) so he was familiar with the suite of products and purchased additional products (colorant and sealant) for us to use after they re-grouted. The new grout and caulk look great and he walked us through the application of the additional products and even offered to assist with any questions as we used them. Doug worked with us to make the project cost effective and was in continuos communication with us regarding the project between the time of the estimate until after the project was complete.
