Work was performed as promised.

My experience was terrible. What they did fell apart and they do not pick up the phone after that. I kept on calling and they never returned my calls. I found that company on Angie's List and actually it was one of Angie's List's special deals. For the grading scale, everything would be the worst. The job is awful and I had to pay for the mess, very offensive. I would grade them 'F' for everything, absolutely. I would never use them again in the future.

Unfortunatley, after the bad winter we had in 2012 the work they did on the concrete stairs did not hold up very well. Their are gaps in the steps between where the porch and the top stair meet and all the steps concrete has crumbled terribly, making the stairs dangerous to walk on.
We called Brick Concepts back out to review the stairs to see if there was something they could do to resolve the issue. We explained to Ken, that most of our neighbors who've had concrete stairs for years haven't experienced the issues we have in just (1) yr. of having them repaired. He stated that he would talk with the company he purchased the "pre-fab" stairs from to see if they will come out and take a look and provide some level of service to resolve the problem. Someone did come by and look at the stairs, but they didn't get out the car to talk to my husband or me nor did they or Ken follow-up with what "if anything" would be done to repair the steps. My husband and I called Ken several times and unfortunately, we've yet to get a response. We called another company from Angie's List to get a quote on the stairs last summer. They company quoted us $1800, which is almost half of what we paid Brick Concepts to complete the work in 2012.
At a minimum I would have expected a return phone call to tell us something, but as mentioned, to date we've had no response. Brick Concepts LLC lacks professionialism, they don't keep their word and lastly the quality of the work couldn't withstand (1) bad year of snow. Unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Continued leaks after suggested repairs were performed. Promises to correct work were never honored. 10 year warranty is meaningless. Considering legal action.

All the work was done in a timely manner. Never a problem with the crew. The problem is that the minor repairs to the porch and corner of house did not hold up. They say their work is guaranteed. I first made numerous calls to the company, and NEVER had my calls returned. My initial message was that some of the minor work didn't hold up, and I need it serviced. I later contacted one of the men who used to work for them, and he provided me with a phone number to, I think, the brother of the owner. He talked to me a number of times, but kept putting me off. We finally made an appointment which he failed to keep, and there was no phone call to say so. Last week, Monday I tried to contact him, and now he doesn't return my calls either. 
In conclusion, I will never consider them for any additional work. In my opinion, any company that ignores their warranty obligations this blatantly should not be in business.
The low marks I gave for quality through professionalism are in regard to warranty service issues.

First job perfect

A few months later we rehired Ken to do a large difficult job of finding and repairing a garage ceiling water leak from corner of structure
Taking months and now years finally found and properly contained the trouble area......
Ken was upset because he redid the job three or more times, attempting to find and repair water leaks.....
Ended up shoring outside basement wall .........a crack, repairing ........
After two years asking to remove the roof cleats last winter/November on second floor master bath brick window (sill still remains unfinished to this writing)
2014 numerous requests to finish up the now 3 year job..... This Spring our phone number has been blocked so I guess the little man
No longer wants to finish the job he has already been substantially paid for in advance....
Thank God I believe in karma.....
If you have a one day job, wait until he is completely FINISHED prior to paying....

It went very well.  He was really good and they did a great job. We are very satisfied with it.

Very pleasant, helpful, accomodating and professional.  Communication was very clear.  Since I couldn't be on site they sent me pictures on my phone before taking my payment.  When visiting the site it the quality of the work was just a little less than expected.  I thought some of the tuckpointing could have been a little better. But overall pleased.

Initially I was a little frustrated because I had emailed and did not get a response.  However, Louis responded and did an outstanding job with the inspection as well as the work that we needed to have done which came as a result of the inspection.  He and his crew were very punctual, neat and did a beautiful job on my chimney.  I did not feel pressure to have the work done because of the inspection.  I knew the chimney needed work and would have been questioning the accuracy of the inspection had they not found the need to repair it.  I actually did recommend them to a friend who also had work done and she was extremely happy with the crew and the quality of the job (which was much more extensive than mine).  I was very impressed and would certainly use them again for any brickwork I may need.

Showed up on time. Repair looks great. They will be back to clean and seal. Great job. Will use again.

It was okay. They did a lot of work and it was way more than that. I spent $3000. It was alright. They were negotiating a deal, so, they could not blame me a little bit. It was kind of a pony game. And that is the only part that I did not like about. They did a good job and a lot of stuff.

Very fast efficient, cleaned up. The workers were as non-intrusive as they could be with the work at hand. I'm happy with the work.

It went fine and it was good. They did a good job. I used them twice. I also used them when they did some front porch work for me later in the summer. I did not pay anything on top of the big deal price. They were fine and professional. They did a good job and I was pleased with their work. I would certainly consider using them again. Their pricing was reasonable.

Jobs were done on-time and at a reasonable cost.

Everything that Brick Concepts LLC did for us was great. They were quick, clean and very efficient. They were available, professional and pleasant.

It was horrible. I was just looking at their work a couple of days ago and its all crumbling and coming loose.  I had them do some patching on steps and the porch.  Quality of it is terrible and it is all coming apart.  I don’t know if it was because it was a small job that they were so ‘lack a days’ about it or if that was the quality of work.  I like to believe that all this is a real quickie and it’s not a big money maker so therefore I don’t think they were too interested in results.  It was two men for two hours.  Some of the crease is going up the step.  When we started out I pointed up some spots and their mannerisms seemed okay.  I stood there and watched and then I got busy and went back and they were doing and it seems it was going to be a good job.  It is actually in the house across the street where my daughter lives and I came home to write the check out.  I glanced and it looked okay and when the left I saw a lot of spots where I had pointed out which they didn’t even bother to do.  I feel it was a small job and not a big money maker so it was haphazard.  The price was good.  I was disappointed with the quality of work.
