At Basements Plus, Steve and Amy launched their family business in 2003, running the office from their home with the help of their friend Mike. What began as a small remodeling company has grown into a thriving operation with a warehouse in Commerce, Michigan and a team of more than 80 employees. Over time, the business expanded in 2020 beyond remodeling to include basement waterproofing, cracked foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and air quality improvements... creating healthier, more comfortable homes for homeowners!

The team was awesome! They called both days before arriving and worked like mad. Very efficient and so nice and polite to have in the house. Everything was cleaned up properly and everything they did was explained to us before they left. We weren’t looking forward to the whole drainage procedure but it was pretty painless😁. And a bonus was the singing that came from the basement. Pretty funny. Many thanks for your hard work and follow up calls. We now look forward to the “build out” phase!

Dry Basements Plus has been fantastic to work with! From the quoting stage with Craig, scheduling with Rachel, and walkthrough with Kyle, up to their crew finishing the job in our basement, they were great about communicating everything to us. The crew who worked in our basement — Dalver, Dakota, Josh, and Cameron — were all very friendly and professional, and did awesome work. Dakota specifically did a stellar job touching base with us each day about what would be happening when, showing us everything when the job was done and explaining how it all works, and was very pleasant to work with. They even ended up being able to get our job started earlier than originally planned, and got it done in the amount of time they said they would. Dry Basements Plus was one of multiple places that quoted us, and we’re glad we went with them — highly recommended!

I was concerned about having an open sump pump that my small dogs could fall in if they were playing. I had BP out, we redid the sump, corrected an issue with the exterior pipe,, put in a French drain, an alarm and added an electrical panel and brought my basement to code.
Excellent team, great communication love the cleanliness of the space.
Highly recommend Andrea, very knowledge.
