Quote was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I learned from neighbors that chain link fence costs for small jobs are quite high (based on their experience with quotes for small chain link fence jobs). Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."

For most jobs I write contracts to protect my customer and my company, make drawings or sketches of the work being done to go with the quote. I have a crew to expedite extra work 1 - 2 workers. I accept Cash, Credit Card, Signed Check from your bank. I have no promos or finance options. My finance agreement after quote is accepted, is: Fifty percent down to start project and buy material includes labor and all materials needed. Agree to pay other half when job is completed.

"Martin and his team has been working on various projects with us for the past 2 years. Martin initially changed 2 of the windows and he did a great job at an unbeatable price, we subsequently had him change the 3 patio windows. Martin made sure the style matched the other windows and got the job done well within budget. We were so happy with the work that we asked him to replace all the 12 windows throughout the rest of the house as well. We also got 2 bathrooms and one powder room remodeled and got the kitchen redesigned including new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, insert lights, under cabinet lights and pendant lights. The reason I recommend Martin is that he works with your budget and your design. Very transparent about pricing as well, for instance he has receipts for all raw materials so you can be assured of what’s been used. The other big thing about Martin is his projects are turnkey, he addresses any associated issues that come up during the project (trust me, there is always something unplanned that comes up that needs fixing) and is very reasonable with pricing. E.g. when we did the flooring, we found the floor boards were squeaky and some needed replacement, he address all the issues promptly, fixed up the gradient - unlike some other big companies that don’t do any extra work in spite of charging boat loads of money. He and his team are very trustworthy, cost-effective, punctual, efficient and they always clean up after work has been completed for the day."
