"Midwest was very professional. Once they started, the removed the old, rebuilt the base with gravel as thick as the concrete, poured and cleaned up in about a week. The stamped walk looks great and the new driveway also looks great. Water issues with downspouts was solved."

Yes, masonry is more expensive than concrete because the labor is much more involved.
