"First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. Hopefully,if we run into this next year, we will call for help earlier."

"No. I am in Fenton so I am told they have a logistics problem. A new guy started last year. He was poor from the start. He was learning . I asked some questions that he did not know the answer which is ok if your learning so he said he would ask at office and have someone contact me . 3-4 weeks later I still was not contacted because he forgot and he never folliowed up. He covers Fenton. This year he damaged my klawn by not picking upo on insec ts and the so called treatments for crab grass and others never worked in the front lawn so it is rampant. They sent out a manager to a**** and treat but he is not my manager. I told him I did not want Andrew back. His manager--Eric says he would be back. I am cancelling services after Mark fixes the damage Andrew has done. would not trecommend them. Had no trouble with technicians first 2 years. This guy is incompetentn and any company who is forcing someone you don't want and is incompetent and causes damage is a very poor company . A thought if a doctor messed up bad on surgery for you and you wanted a different doctor and they dsaid : no: how would anyone put up with it. I know it is because3 I am a female. They would be kissing my feet if I was a male. If they have a logistics problem that is their problem I am not going to accept inadequate service when I pay like everyone else. So I'll do it this way"

"The guys at Pest Masters are top notch. I have been using them for years. At my last house for annual spraying for wasps. At my current home I used then for annual spraying for ticks and mosquitos. This is quite a challenge since I live next to a huge pond. The spraying kept the mosquitos under control and no ticks on 3 dogs and two cats! Every visit they make sure my dogs have all had a chance to go out before spraying. Very polite and thoughtful team at Pest Masters. Great to work with them. I recently sold my home, so sad that I am moving out of their treatment area. Will miss the great service."
