"It rained bad on day before scheduled day to perform work. Joseph called me and rescheduled for later in the week.(weather permitting). The day was perfect. The work crew arrived on time and got to work right away. Additional subbase was required due to the fact that there was not enough existing for the width of the drive and the under lying soil conditions, this was an additional charge,but this possibility was already discussed earlier. The job price was reasonable and my Neighbor (A retired concrete and ashalt contractor) said "Not Bad"."

"This company is a joke and you have to be crazy to hire them. The owner, Lance, is a great sales man but will not abide by his contract or his word. I have been hounding Lance for 15 months to fix a drain he put in my driveway. I keep getting empty promises that it will be taken care of. The drain has never worked and my garage floods with large rains. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I had one of his crew tell me shortly after the project that Lance took shortcuts. Cracks appeared in the driveway less than six months after completion. And, multiple areas of the driveway shift up and down when driven over. I currently am seeking legal remedies. If you want to throw your money in the trash, Real Deal Remodeling is for you."

Masonry uses units like bricks, cement blocks, and stone with mortar between them. Mortar is generally made of sand and a type of cement. Examples of masonry include the brick or stone on a house, chimney, or freestanding wall. With veneer masonry, the walls support the weight of the masonry products rather than the masonry being built on a concrete footing. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
