Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."

Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. "From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"
