Had a small leak around a flashing.  This was noticed during the recent historical rainfall we had this month.  E R Roofing had replaced the roof on my home years ago, and naturally when this second property needed some attention, I called Elliott.  He came out in the same week I called, to inspect.  Once on the roof, he found the problem, had all the materials with him and did repairs on the spot.
Fixed the flashing in a flash! 
I have recommended E R Roofing to at least 8 friends/family.  They all say he did a perfect job and all were absolutely thrilled with their new roof and his performance.  I have nothing but good things to say about E R Roofing.

"Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. "Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. "I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility."
