He was very knowledgeable.He recommended ice and waterguard sheathing on the part of the roof that was at risk for that. He did this even before we explained that in the past we had had an ice dam on our roof with extensive water damage to our interior walls and the ice and water sheath would avoid that happening again. He put down our architectural shingle roof expertly in about 11/2 days with a large crew and the shingles were delivered right onto the roof with a crane. My screened in porch was included in the roofing and as a separate good quote he replaced rotten frames in the skylights and put in new skylights. The roofing part of the job cost about $2000 less than a friend with the same model house I have and who put regular shingles. I was referred to him by a neighbor and am so glad I went with him. I recommended ER Roofing to my brother.and he hired him and my brother was very pleased with the work also and the price to redo his roof.. I highly recommend ER Roofing."

Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed.
