"We appreciate the thorough inspection that Zachary and Andrew conducted, including inspection of the attic. From the many photos they took of the roof, we can see that they did several maintenance repairs, including caulking, re-nailing, etc. They discussed with us the condition of our roof, explained what they found and the maintenance/repairs they had performed. They also discussed with us new roof options when it is time to replace the roof. We found both Zachary and Andrew to be personable and professional, and we look forward to seeing them again when we have additional roofing needs. Susie Setser"

"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. This is the second time I have used Milton Roofing and once again am very satisfied with their work and pricing. Thanks Milton Roofing!!!!"

"I wish every contractor was as thorough and pleasant to work with as Noble Exteriors. They were the first roofing contractor to contact me and the experience only got better from there. Sunny Lee came out on time and gave me very good price to do the work. He was the only contractor who climbed on to my steep roof. He only addressed what I needed done, which was replace about 10-12 shingles and seal around a plumbing stack. All the other roofing contractors seemed only interested in replacing the whole roof, instead of the smaller job of doing the repairs I needed. The roof came out beautiful and looks great. I would very much recommend Noble Exteriors to anyone who has any roofing needs."

"We had a really good experience with Roofing Pups. Their rep Alex was great to work with, and the roofing crew that came to our house did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. The Roofing Pups employee in charge of this job (also named Alex) noticed that the color of the new gutters didnt match our house, and made a point of checking it with us before getting started. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding! Everyone with the company was great about making the change, ordering new parts and rescheduling the job. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism. "We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

"From the 1st meeting with the 1st PHR's representative, I was sold. I was so impressed with everyone's kindness and professionalism, making me feel very secure. Our coordinator showed us a few videos of the process. Every question we had, he answered without hesitation and he provided samples as proof. We signed that day and within one week, we had a beautiful new roof with an even more wonderful guarantee. The crew arrived on time, they were all courteous, kind and clean. The entire project took one day. I was contacted by several people during the course of the day and after, in person and by phone, to make sure everything was going well, then after the crew manager walked me around the house to make sure I was happy. The perimeter of my house looked as though the guys vacuumed my lawn it was so clean, better than before they start.
