They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "I wish every contractor was as thorough and pleasant to work with as Noble Exteriors. They were the first roofing contractor to contact me and the experience only got better from there. Sunny Lee came out on time and gave me very good price to do the work. He was the only contractor who climbed on to my steep roof. He only addressed what I needed done, which was replace about 10-12 shingles and seal around a plumbing stack. All the other roofing contractors seemed only interested in replacing the whole roof, instead of the smaller job of doing the repairs I needed. The roof came out beautiful and looks great. I would very much recommend Noble Exteriors to anyone who has any roofing needs."

"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "ARHT Home Solutions made the roof replacement simple by detailing the various steps we needed to get the roof that we wanted. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wifeâ s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldnâ t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess. I would recommend ARHT if you are looking to have your roof replaced."
