"After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . "Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. "I spoke with 4 companies and had 3 of them come to my home to diagnose and provide an estimate. Additionally, I researched reviews of each on the internet. H Forrest was the only one to properly diagnose the problem. His knowledge is broad (not just roofing) and so he was also able to repair an issue with our siding and a window. I was confident in his expertise and I appreciated that he did not talk to me like I'm an idiot. He took the time to explain and answer questions. His crew came the very next day. "Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!
