"We had Hometown Tree Experts remove two large oak trees in our backyard and a large spruce tree from our front yard. We had multiple quotes, and they were the least expensive (by thousands of dollars for most of the other quotes we had). Not only that, their office staff were the most friendly of any tree company I've worked with. Two of the companies that gave us quotes told us they would need to bring a crane in, and Hometown did it without a crane and with incredible speed (they did the entire job in under 6 hours). Not only that, they managed to take down the massive oak trees while not damaging the trampoline, play structure, and garden, all of which were very close by. They also were just overall very friendly, and left the yard cleaner than it was when they got there. I hope I don't need to have any more trees removed, but if I do, I will definitely use this company again."

They had a low competitive quote and told me their insurance company name, The crew of 6 guys were fast and took down a 50 ft dead oak between houses in less than 4 hours. Cleaned up all debris and trimmed up some of the smaller trees that were sprouting up. I did not have the stump grinded, so they cut it close to the ground. I had another tree trimmed and they pointed out a hole that needed to be tended before insects get in. Would definitely recommend them."

Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. Oliver & Oscar presented a VERY reasonable price quote for the complete tree removal to include hauling away all debris, grinding the stumps and hauling away the wood chips. Trust me when I say reasonable price quote, as I've obtained no less than 20 estimates over the years. They left only the chips to fill in the hole that was left from grinding. They presented their license and insurance upon request and reviews were easily found everywhere. They completed the work in just a little over a days time.
