They did a pretty good job insofar as what was specified. I needed to specify better what the outcome should have looked like (e.g. trim out dead wood vs trim what is brushing against the house, deck and garage.) They went to the literal letter of what I asked and no more, regardless of the esthetics of leaving behind bare branches. Lesson learned. I would recommend them and would hire them again. Next time I'll know better what to ask for.

He was knowledgeable about the issues with our trees as well as our yard in general. The group that came out to take our trees down got the work done so quickly I couldn’t believe it. I had a fantastic experience with this company. A gentleman named Eli came to my home with a laser pointer and we walked around to discuss what was needed. He gave excellent advice and suggestions. The estimate was fair, and the contract was easy to sign online. The deposit was also easy to make through their web payment portal. I had to call them once, and a live human was on the phone with me in moments, and she was able to answer all my questions. The arborists came on time, and reviewed the contract with me to make sure we were on the same page. They all wore masks, which of COURSE I appreciated very much. They were careful not to cut back more than what I wanted, and now everything looks tidy and great. They chipped up the wood and left it for me in a pile so I can use it for mulch, per my request. They cleaned up after themselves and let me know when they were finished. Absolutely a great company to work with, I will be contacting them in the spring so they can power wash my deck.

Absolutely the best tree service in the area! We contacted Green Future about removing as well as trimming a few trees on our property. Ilie (Eli), the companyâ s owner, stopped by the following day, conducted a thorough assessment of the trees and provided us with solid feedback and advice. We received a fair estimate electronically within 24 hours. If you are in search of a trustworthy tree expert then Ilie is the right person â kind, honest, very knowledgeable, and thorough. We compared three estimates from very reputable tree service companies, and chose Green Future based on price, experience and professionalism. Dimas, the project manager, and his crew are first rate professionals who carefully executed the removal of large trees that could have done significant property damage. Their approach to the work was with safety in mind during the entire process. They were always on time, extremely competent, professional, friendly, and very organized. Dimas went above and beyond. I asked him to leave a small pile of shredded woodchips by the driveway as I planned to spread it on some trails. He proceeded to create a beautiful pathway in the woods, which was something I absolutely did not expect them to do. If you want a licensed and insured company that gets the job done right, look no further. We learned that they offer experts in landscape design & patio/deck/fence construction and plan on having Green Future back to do additional work this summer!

We had a large, dead tree in our front yard. The trunk was just the right size for my wife and I to join hands while standing on opposite sides of it. Iâ d guess it was sixty feet tall, standing thirty feet from the corner of our house. We did the math. We had two other trees of the same species and similar size about fifteen feet from the side of our house. We definitely needed to have the dead one removed before it fell over on its own and we thought it would be prudent to have the other two taken down as well. Anthony gave us a bid to remove the three trees and grind the stumps. He also included in his estimate an option to just trim the dead branches and reduce the â wind sailâ effect of the two live trees. We signed the contract to remove all three trees, then changed our mind and had the two just trimmed. Green Future was very accommodating to our change, even though we had already signed the contract. The change meant, instead of $1,500 and $1,600 (plus $250 per stump for grinding) for the two live trees, we paid only $550 and $575 for the trimming. For an extra $50, Anthony offered to grind a large pile of dead branches we had accumulated since our chipper/shredder had broken down. The whole job came to $2,925, which included hauling away all the wood. The only other bid we got from a licensed contractor was $2,500 for each of the three trees plus $900 per tree stump for grinding. We were only willing to use a licensed company. A neighbor hired some guys to cut some trees down for something like $1,200 to $1,500. Her trees were a bit smaller, but harder to get to. She also had to arrange to rent a cherry-picker for around $1,000 so she didnâ t come out too far ahead of us. But I was able to watch our workers from my window and not worry. They were efficient, well coordinated, and mindful of safety. We couldnâ t watch our neighborâ s guysâ the potential carnage was too nerve wracking. I had an earlier bid from a man driving by while I was working in my driveway. He offered to cut the dead tree down, grind the stump, and haul the wood away for $2,500. $1,500 if he could pile the logs in place. He had a card that said he was licensed and insured but I checked the Maryland government website and he wasnâ t listed. So Green Future seemed the best choice of them all. Also, Anthony was very knowledgable, answering questions I had about a couple other trees in our yard. We are very happy with the job they did.

Green Futures gave a competitive estimate and performed the work well, removing a dying tree and planting a new one. By the time they completed service a sapling of the height we had contracted for was no longer available from the nursery. Green Future offered two options to make this right and I m satisfied with the customer service as well as the quality of work.

I am very happy with Green Future’s work. Before working with them, I contacted a few other contractors but no one even got back to me. Green Future reached out to me right away. They have a very competent project manager, Anthony, who provided thorough estimates and worked with me patiently through multiple changes to the order. My work involved trimming of 5 trees and removal of 2 trees and 3 bushes. Green Future completed all the work in one day about 5 hours. They trimmed the trees exactly the way I wanted. They removed the trees completely that I couldn’t even tell that they were ever there. There was no debris remaining and the yard was clean after they finished their work. I am very satisfied with Green Future. They were professional, competent, and responsive.

Decided I was just going to get the limbs that were hovering over my house and the other branches that were pushing against the house taken care of. I had experienced what heavy ice does to trees and was not will to take the chance of this winter crashing limbs. Proactive approach apposed to reactive let me be in control. Knew the work was going to be done, left for work and when I returned the tree issue was over with and all cleaned up.
