"I'm absolutely thrilled with the work Sean and his crew did on our screened porch. I'm fairly particular and wanted to be involved in the project, probably more than most clients, and Sean worked with me throughout to get the porch I wanted. He was communicative and explained pros/cons of all the various options. Partway through the project, we realized our pre-existing front porch needed some repairs too, and Sean seamlessly added that to the project and was very reasonable on the price. Once the team started, the work went quickly but was clearly done very carefully. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the end result is a beautiful and functional porch that we're thrilled with. In the first week after the porch was completed, at least 6-8 different sets of neighbors stopped us to say it looked great. "We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

"I called for an estimate and the company sent a rep. He was very friendly and promised to send me a quote. Had to text back the email since their online system did not have it. That was it. Never heard back even after following up two times. Because of this I will not recommend. If you have a huge job, go risk working with the company. If you have a branch or small tree like mine, good luck getting even an estimate from this company. Totally unprofessional. Look at website, it should have been a sign. Verbose, mind 90s feel."

"This is a quality landscape company! On this trip, the crew planted 11 Spirea and a replacement Yew. Everything looks great. They also provide the seeding, fertilizing and kill the weeds on my lawn at the appropriate times. You will be satisfied with their service"
