My home is 94 years old, and the floors had settled in the dining room up against the wall and between the living room and dining room area. Some of the existing slats in the floor were loose and needed to be nailed down before the work could start. Rudy’s team leveled the floor where it had settled in the dining room and living room and then reinforced the existing floor with nails and installed natural red oak flooring. Rudy’s team restored life back into my floors. The rooms look so beautiful. He even installed an access panel with the same flooring natural red oak color over the existing access panel. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away.
