"We were updating a Leisure World Condo. We put in Core Tech flooring and new carpet. The prices were the best in town and the service was top notch. Amir and Latif were both very helpful. Since the condo was empty, I was able to leave a key at the store and I did not have to be there during installation. I had one threshold piece that I felt did not match. I contacted Amir and he ordered a replacement immediately and they were out within a few days to fix the issue. Very responsive. Great company to work with! The Core Tech Plus was about $7 sf installed and the carpet was $3 sf installed including high quality pad. Core Tech is an amazing luxury vinyl product, we splurged on that. The carpet, Hawkeye, is basic carpet, nothing fancy, but looks great. One note for anyone doing this, it does create a bit of dust on floorboards etc. Renaissance did a great job cleaning up, but I had to do some clean up too. My contractor told me that this is to be expected with this type of job!"

My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside.
