He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Had all the necessary gear to facilitate the project including high efficiency cables which accomplished data and application transfer in time efficient manner. During data transfer helped resolve an e-mail program issue on another computer on my home network. Recommended adapters needed tor accessory installation. I operate a local restaurant and some of our systems had failed due to bad cabling.
