The owner came to my home - on time - to explain all the options and costs for replacing my windows. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, but more like a discussion of what was best for my home. Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. It has been a pleasure to find a local company that has an excellent product, is honest, and reasonably priced."

My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. Their technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he do a quality job on fixing the frame, but he also explained to me what needs to be done to prevent the window from breaking down again and avoid paying a lot of money for its replacement. "We detected over the past six what we thought was a "fogging" of the window film Atlantic installed approx. 10 years ago.  Before calling them for an inspection to confirm/refute our suspicions, we had the windows (approx. 36) professionally cleaned inside and out.  We then called Atlantic to inspect the window film issue and they did so promptly.  After ruling out window seal failure, Atlantic agreed that the window film they had installed was defective and had fogged. (They traced it back to a problem "run" from the manufacturer.)  We scheduled a removal/re-install date with them and - as they say - the rest is history.  Truly no hassle and no cost. These folks are the best!  Recommend/use them again?  You betcha!
