"Let me first say that our rugs were dirty and the tile filthy. We have two big dogs and one little dog who have done their worst to the rugs and the tile in the family room. Our girls have brought in lots of dirt over the past 10 years. Mopping just didn’t cut it. I tried a steam cleaner and it didn’t touch the ground in dirt. If you lifted the corner of the rug you could see just how dirty the tile was. Rich came in and cleaned it all up (and made friends with the girls).
